Avocado chip dip

I know you love chip dip. I love chip dip. (Homemade) chip dip is awesome, but if you can't have dairy (like me), it's not so awesome for you. If you are looking for something creamy and tummy-friendly to dip your sprouted grain crackers or pretzels in, look no further. This makes several cups worth, so adjust the amounts up or down as needed.

Ingredients:

3 avocados
3 T water
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 t Frank's hotsauce or a similar one
Feeling sassy? Throw some dill in there.
Salt to taste

Directions:

Mash the avocados, mix in the water (this makes it fluffy and creamy). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together. Hooray, you made chip dip! Now you are happy.
