Snack/Dessert balls


2 cups properly prepared* raw nuts/seeds of your choice
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup pitted prunes
2 tablespoons coconut oil (add more to reach desired consistency)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional additions:

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup collagen 


1. In a large food processor fitted with an "S" blade, process the nuts, seeds and coconut until crumbly. Add in the dates, prunes, coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt and process again until a sticky, uniform batter is formed.

2. Scoop and roll with hands to form balls. Place in the freezer on a flat surface lined with parchment paper for at least an hour before serving, and store extras in containers in freezer for a longer shelf life.

*To properly prepare nuts/seeds, soak for at least 4 hours before using
